Rates

A Retainer Deposit fee is required to reserve a date and time for your event. This fee is Non-Refundable and will be applied to your balance. 

If circumstances arise that will require you to postpone your Event, you may reschedule to another date. We will permit you to transfer your deposit once for a rescheduled Event. If any payments beyond the deposit have been received, these will be applied to the new date. Deposits and Payments are Non-Transferable to other parties and are Non-Refundable.

In the event that the balance has not been paid 30 days before the Reservation Date, and the staff of St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable have been unable to make contact with the persons specified on the Reservation Agreement, the Reservation Date will be considered cancelled and available to other parties for booking. Cancellations initiated by the couple must be emailed to the following email address:  st.catherinesabg@gmail.com

Pricing

Elopement Wedding – 1-hour minimum  – $350.00 (Mon – Thur)  –  $450.00 per hour (Fri – Sun)

Background Music Included – Limited Coordination

Additional time may be added in 1/2 hour or hourly increments.

Officiant – Elopement Wedding –  $100

1902 Mercedes Limo – $100 Parked at the Chapel for Photos

1902 Mercedes Limo – $200 Full Ride and Parked at the Chapel for Photos

Champagne Toast $60 – You are responsible for the Beverages (e.g. Champagne, Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Juice/Cider) and Ice.

Wedding Toast – $85 (Service Setup Details Below)

Wedding Toast – Serves up to 7 People – $85.00

Includes: Cake*, Cake Stand, Knife and Server, Lemonade, Linens, Plates, Silverware, Napkins, Glassware, and a Chilling Tub – You are responsible for the Beverages (e.g. Champagne, Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Juice/Cider) and Ice. 

*You may select our Cake or bring a Cake from a Bakery of your choice.

Additional rental time may be purchased in 1/2 hour or hourly increments.

Small Wedding

1.5 hours of reserved time – $700

($300 Non-Refundable Retainer Deposit Due at Booking – This is applied to the balance)

Up to 20 People (including the Couple)

Background Music Included – Limited Coordination

Additional time may be added in 1/2 hour or hourly increments.

Optional Services:

1902 Mercedes Limo – $100 Parked at the Chapel for Photos

1902 Mercedes Limo – $200 Full Ride and Parked at the Chapel for Photos

Officiant – Small Wedding – $125

Includes: Cake*, Cake Stand, Knife and Server, Lemonade, Linens, Plates, Silverware, Napkins, Glassware, and a Chilling Tub – You are responsible for the Beverages (e.g. Champagne, Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Juice/Cider) and Ice.

*You may select our Cake or bring a Cake from a Bakery of your choice.

Tiered Cakes – Requires a Bakery Quote and will increase the pricing on the packages.

$750.00 per hour of reserved time

Photography Sessions

Photography Packages* – (These are not required for Wedding Photography and may not be booked for a Wedding.)
They are typically reserved for Monday through Thursday. Limited availability on Friday through Sunday. Photography Sessions may not be utilized in conjunction with any other scheduled event at the Chapel, Barn, and Grounds (i.e. Weddings, Wedding Toast, etc.)

The rate is $50 per hour or $25 for half an hour.
