St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable Toast/Receptions

All Toast/Reception packages are based upon availability for the desired date and time of your event. Our Toast/Receptions may be held along the beautiful Creekside by the Chapel, or the rustic elegance of our Barn. Please bear in mind, you will need to appoint servers (i.e. guests or other members of your party) to assist you with any of these events. St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable does not possess the license to serve food or beverages. Weather conditions may require your event to be relocated to the Barn. Alcoholic beverages are limited to Champagne for all events. Evening Toast/Reception events are permitted, but we limit the event ending timeframe to a period near sunset.

The maximum number of guests we are able to accommodate is 120 for a Toast/Reception.

This event is conducted Creekside by the Chapel.

Up to 40 people. Price: $75 base plus $1 per person.

Setup may include:

  • Round Serving Table (41 inches) with linens
  • Bride and Groom flutes
  • Guest flutes

  • Ice and buckets to chill your beverage
  • Background music from the Chapel

  • Clean up

Price: $175 base plus $2 per person

  • 9 Bistro Tables (28″ x 28″)

  • Guest Flutes or Mason Jar Mugs
  • Accent Flowers
  • Burlap runners
  • Lanterns
  • Outdoor Fireplace
  • Cake stand, knife and server or Cupcake trees
  • Ice buckets to chill your beverage
  • Beverage dispensers
  • Sound system with microphone for speeches and prerecorded music
  • Outdoor seating
  • Serving Table Setup
  • Clean up
  • Trash Removal
  • Recycling

  • 2 Chafing Sets w/ 2 – Full Pans or 4- ½ Size Pans
  • Sound system with microphone for speeches and prerecorded music

Barn Receptions – Do-It-Yourself or Catered Event (Seasonal)

You are responsible for the setup, or contracting the services of a licensed caterer who performs the setup, serving of food and beverages. You and the licensed caterer must adhere to all state and federal guidelines regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages and to the St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable restrictions regarding alcohol, limitations, and guidelines.

We recommend you schedule a planning meeting with the caterer on our grounds to ensure the logistics of your event are clearly defined. Decorating setup and clean up time must be conducted within the scheduled timeframe of your event.

2.5 hours minimum rental of St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable grounds is required for this option. Available only at the Barn. This includes access to 12 – 72″x 30″ tables without linens, 9 – 28″x 28″ bistro style tables without linens (seats up to 36 guests), bench seating for up to 120 guests, an outdoor fireplace and sound system with microphone for speeches and prerecorded music. You or the caterer are responsible for cleanup, trash removal, and recyclables removal.

If you previously booked a St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable Toast/Reception and want to switch to a do-it-yourself, or catered reception, the time must be available for this option.
