A Retainer Deposit fee is required to reserve a date and time for your event. This fee is Non-Refundable and will be applied towards your balance.
If circumstances arise that will require you to postpone your Event, you may reschedule to another date. We will permit you to transfer your Retainer Deposit once for a rescheduled Event. If any payments beyond the Retainer Deposit have been received, these will be applied to the new date. Deposits and Payments are Non-Transferable to other parties and are Non-Refundable.
In the event that the balance has not been paid 30 days before the Reservation Date, and the staff of St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable have been unable to make contact with the persons specified on the Reservation Agreement, the Reservation Date will be considered cancelled and available to other parties for booking. Cancellations initiated by the couple must be emailed to the following email address: st.catherinesabg@gmail.com

Photography Sessions
Photography Packages* – (These are not required for Wedding Photography and may not be booked for a Wedding.)
They are typically reserved for Monday through Thursday. Limited availability on Friday through Sunday. Photography Sessions may not be utilized in conjunction with any other scheduled event at the Chapel, Barn, and Grounds (i.e. Weddings, Wedding Toast, etc.)
The rate is $50.00 per hour or $25.00 for half an hour.
